    Wednesday 10/1 | 5:30-6:45 PM with Sara Burns, CYT, Reiki master

    In this intimate yin class, you will be supported by props and the mat as you relax into gentle, held postures for 2-10 minutes, allowing fascia to release and the mind to quiet. During longer holds like savasana, Sara offers healing Reiki with a focus on chakra energy centers. Class is limited to 5 students for deeply personalized care, and all bodies and abilities are welcome.

    Give yourself space for deep rest in this restorative experience. We’ll begin with gentle movement and breath to release tension, then settle into the support of cushions and blankets for guided relaxation. Healing tones of therapeutic sound bowls will surround you, helping reduce stress and pain by activating the parasympathetic nervous system. With consent, bowls may also be placed on the body for deeper nourishment.

  • 🍂Book Harvest Gratitude Workshop

    Sunday 11/02 | 11:00-12:45 PM with Sara Burns, CYT, Reiki master

    The vibration of gratitude invites continued abundance. Join Reiki Master Sara Burns for this fall-themed gratitude workshop.

    After a guided meditation, we’ll move into a journaling exercise to express our gratitude. From there, gentle Yin Yoga poses (fully supported with props and practiced on the mat) will be complemented with periodic personal Reiki energy work. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and full-hearted.

    Yoga practice will conclude at 12:45 with
    optional tea time in the lobby or on the deck with optional additional journaling exercise. As always, leave with a special parting gift.
