  • 🤲 Book Yin Yoga with Reiki

Sunday 03/01 | 11:00 AM- 12:15 PM with Sara Burns, CYT, Reiki Master | $40

In this practice led by Sara Burns, you will be supported by the mat and a variety of props as you sink and breathe into gentle, held asanas for 2-10 minutes each. This gives the body time to truly surrender into each pose, unwinding tension patterns in the fascia and guiding the mind into quiet. In Yin yoga, the focus is on passive sinking, allowing the tissues to lengthen slowly.

Reiki (healing energy work) will also be offered by Sara during select longer-held postures such as savasana. This restorative practice is designed to nurture you on every level.

  • 🥣 Book Sound Healing + Gentle Yoga

    Wednesday 3/18 | 5:30-6:45 PM | $40

Unwind with gentle movement (led by Sarah Martyn), guided breath, and the healing vibrations of therapeutic sound bowls (led by Mindie Hung, certified vibrational sound healer). These healing tones can help to reduce stress/stress hormones and reduce pain by sending you into the "rest and digest" parasympathetic nervous system response. With consent, bowls may be placed on the body for a more immersive experience.

  • 🍀 Book Spring Equinox Restorative workshop

    Sunday 3/22 | 11:00AM-1:00 PM | $55

Massage-Infused Restorative Yoga + Yoga Nidra with Sarah Martyn, LMT, RYT-500

Twice a year, we arrive at a moment of true equilibrium. The Spring Equinox marks the point when day and night are equal - light and dark in balance. This turning point has long been honored as a threshold: a time to acknowledge what winter has held, and consciously choose what we are ready to bring into the light.

Join Sarah for a two-hour workshop honoring the return of the light through a blend of ritual, reflection, and deeply restorative care.

We’ll begin with grounding breathwork and gentle somatic awareness to settle the nervous system. From there, you’ll be guided through light journaling with thoughtful prompts and spacious pauses for reflection. This reflective portion will gently orient you toward clarity before we transition into deeply supported restorative yoga postures while you receive hands-on massage and nurturing touch. As your body softens and unwinds, we create the internal space needed for new growth - just as the earth does this time of year.

We’ll then move into a deep relaxation (yoga nidra) practice, allowing your nervous system to settle into profound rest while your intention integrates at a subconscious level. This closing meditation invites you to embody balance - honoring both the light and the dark within you - as you step into the longer days ahead.

You’ll leave feeling grounded, nourished, and gently aligned with what’s next.
No prior yoga or journaling experience is necessary. All bodies welcome.
