  • 🌎 Book Mother Earth Workshop

Sunday 4/19 | 1:00-3:00 PM with Sara Burns, CYT, Reiki Master | $55

Join Sara Burns for a nourishing Earth Day workshop rooted in connection, restoration, and reverence for the natural world.

We will begin with a gentle smudging ritual to clear and center, then move into slow, mindful movement on the mat - soft, accessible practices designed to help you remember your connectedness to Mother Earth and all living beings.

From there, we’ll settle into supported restorative postures, allowing the body to soften into deep rest. As you relax, Sara will offer personalized Reiki to each participant, supporting energetic clearing and renewal.

After our practice, you’re invited to stay for an optional tea gathering in community. Each participant will also receive a seedling plant to take home - a living reminder of your practice, whose leaves can be harvested in time for herbal wellness teas.

  • 🤲 Book Yin Yoga with Reiki

Sunday 05/03 | 11:00 AM- 12:15 PM with Sara Burns, CYT, Reiki Master | $40

In this practice led by Sara Burns, you will be supported by the mat and a variety of props as you sink and breathe into gentle, held asanas for 2-10 minutes each. This gives the body time to truly surrender into each pose, unwinding tension patterns in the fascia and guiding the mind into quiet. In Yin yoga, the focus is on passive sinking, allowing the tissues to lengthen slowly.

Reiki (healing energy work) will also be offered by Sara during select longer-held postures such as savasana. This restorative practice is designed to nurture you on every level.

  • 💕 Book Embodied Exhale

    Friday 05/08 | 4:30 PM-6:00 PM with Sarah Martyn, LMT, E-RYT 500, Body Image Coach | $40

Join us for a deeply nourishing, 90 minute somatic experience for deep rest, reconnection, and self-trust.

Held on Mother’s Day weekend, this special gathering offers space to step away from the noise of daily life and reconnect with yourself in a supportive, women-centered environment.

Through a blend of somatic awareness, breathwork, guided imagery, gentle movement, and restorative rest (with optional hands-on support), you’ll be invited to experience your body not as something to fix, but as something to feel, support, and come home to.

Together, we’ll explore a more compassionate relationship with the body - softening inner dialogue, reconnecting with a sense of worthiness, and creating space for self-trust.

No yoga experience is necessary. All bodies are welcome in this deeply supportive space.
