  • with Sara Burns, CYT, Reiki master

    In this intimate yin class, you will be supported by props and the mat as you relax into gentle, held postures for 2-10 minutes, allowing fascia to release and the mind to quiet. During longer holds like savasana, Sara offers healing Reiki with a focus on chakra energy centers. Class is limited to 5 students for deeply personalized care, and all bodies and abilities are welcome. Book Yin with Reiki.

    Give yourself space for deep rest in this restorative experience. We’ll begin with gentle movement and breath to release tension, then settle into the support of cushions and blankets for guided relaxation. Healing tones of therapeutic sound bowls will surround you, helping reduce stress and pain by activating the parasympathetic nervous system.     We welcome the Equinox with an evening of balan. We’ll being with a sage smudging ritual (outdoors if weather allows), then move into journaling, gentle warm up, and yin postures targeting the lung and large intestine meridians.
