  • This 60 minute practice is rooted in the source wisdom of authentic yoga and is designed to be inclusive to all bodies and abilities.

We will work to calm the mind (Yoga Sutra 1.2), cultivate comfort and stability in the body (YS 2.46), and incorporate the 8 limbs of classical yoga.

Within this nourishing practice, we will spend 30-40 minutes moving the spine and muscles in a way that supports soft unwinding, and the rest split between guided centering (beginning) and relaxation (end), meditation and breathwork.

  • This 75 minute practice is rooted in the source wisdom of authentic yoga and is designed to be inclusive to all bodies and abilities.

Specialty Classes-offered on select dates

$40 per class | $110 for 3 classes (please use in 3 months)

  • 75 minute practice | One Sunday per month & the 1st Wednesday quarterly (see upcoming schedule for next date)

In this practice led by Sara Burns, you will be supported by the mat and a variety of props as you sink and breathe into gentle, held asanas for 2-10 minutes each. This gives the body time to truly surrender into each pose, unwinding tension patterns in the fascia and guiding the mind into quiet. In Yin yoga, the focus is on passive sinking, allowing the tissues to lengthen slowly.

Reiki (healing energy work) will also be offered by Sara during select longer-held postures such as savasana. This restorative practice is designed to nurture you on every level.

  • 75 minute practice | 3rd Wednesday of the month at 5:30 PM (see upcoming yoga schedule for dates)

Unwind with gentle movement (led by Sarah Martyn), guided breath, and the healing vibrations of therapeutic sound bowls (led by Mindie Hung, certified vibrational sound healer). These healing tones can help to reduce stress/stress hormones and reduce pain by sending you into the "rest and digest" parasympathetic nervous system response. With consent, bowls may be placed on the body for a more immersive experience.

  • 90 minute practice | 1st Wednesday of select months at 5:30 PM (see upcoming yoga schedule for dates)

Take a pause from the pace of everyday life and reconnect with your center. This deeply nurturing class begins with a grounding message—often drawn from ancient yoga texts or meaningful poetry—to set a heartfelt intention. From there, you’ll be gently guided through slow, mindful movement designed to calm the nervous system and support your body's natural capacity for rest.

The last half hour of class invites you into stillness with an extended guided relaxation and meditation, creating space for renewal on every level—physical, emotional, and energetic.

Open to all levels and all bodies. No experience needed—just come as you are, and allow yourself to be held.

Upcoming Workshops

Most workshops are priced at $55 and capped at 5 students (unless otherwise noted)

  • 🍂 Book Harvest Gratitude Workshop

The vibration of gratitude invites continued abundance. Join Reiki Master Sara Burns for this fall-themed gratitude workshop.

After a guided meditation, we’ll move into a journaling exercise to express our gratitude. From there, gentle Yin Yoga poses (fully supported with props and practiced on the mat) will be complemented with periodic personal Reiki energy work. You’ll leave feeling refreshed, relaxed, and full-hearted.

Yoga practice will conclude at 12:45 with
optional tea time in the lobby or on the deck with optional additional journaling exercise. As always, leave with a special parting gift.
