Simply send us a quick email beforehand so we can save them a spot (include name, email and phone). For every 3 friends you bring, you'll receive a free class credit.

Private Yoga

Private yoga sessions with Sarah offer a personalized, one-on-one space to explore your practice in a way that truly meets you where you are.

These sessions are ideal if you’re brand new to yoga and feeling unsure about stepping into a group class, if you’re working with specific limitations or injuries and would like support around safe variations and adjustments, or if you’re looking to deepen your understanding of breathwork, meditation, or the philosophical roots of the practice.

Together, we move at your pace - mindfully, with curiosity and care - creating space in both body and mind. Each session is shaped around your unique needs and intentions, whether that’s building confidence, finding relief, or simply carving out time to reconnect.

Pricing:

  • $110 - 60 minutes

  • $130 - 75 minutes
