Payment Options:

We accept:

✔ FSA/HSA cards (please inform us before purchase)

* Gratuity: If you'd like to leave a tip for your massage therapist, please plan to use cash or Venmo if possible. Thank you!

Cancellation Policy:

We ask for at least:
* 48 hours notice for massage, coaching and private yoga appointments
* 12 hours notice for small group yoga classes
* 24 hours notice for workshops & specialty yoga classes

We understand that life happens. If you need to make a change, we truly appreciate as much notice as possible- this allows us the opportunity to offer that time to another client.

Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment time, as well as no-shows, may be charged the full session fee (although we work to be understanding of true emergencies or sudden illness). Repeated no-shows may be asked to find another provider.

We are an appointment-based practice- when you schedule, you're reserving our time. Thank you for respecting that!

Session Packages and Expiration:

Our discounted series are designed for regular clients (not transferable, they are attached to your personal account - please see the FAQ below regarding sharing of sessions):
3-session packages – Use within 6 months
6 or 12-session packages – Use within 12 months

Expired sessions? We offer a 3-month grace period to reactivate them. Beyond that, unused sessions may be converted to an account credit (minus the series discount). If you frequently have expired sessions, we recommend purchasing single sessions instead.

Sick Policy:

For the well-being of our community, please reschedule if:
-You have symptoms of any communicable illness (including “just a cold”)
-A household member has a contagious illness (stomach bug, flu, strep, etc)
- You’ve tested positive for COVID-19, even if you're asymptomatic (if you have been exposed, please wait 7 days to come in OR rapid test after 5 days)

On our end, this means that: 

-in addition to our standard cleaning and handwashing protocols that have been in place forever, we now implement additional disinfection of the treatment room between sessions, and have HEPA filter air purifiers running in every treatment room
