A graduate of the PA School of Muscle Therapy (now Cortiva) in 2009, Sarah blends clinical expertise with deeply relaxing techniques. Many clients appreciate the nurturing energy that flows into each and every session. Her specialty areas include detailed neck work, headache/migraine management, and somatic mindfulness, influenced by her training with Fernando Rojas, LMT, PhD.

Honored to be part of a lineage spanning thousands of years, she approaches both bodywork and yoga with a philosophy of balance and ease —working with the body, not against it, to foster deep release and restoration.

Marla Sussman (she/her)

First introduced to yoga in 1990, Marla was immediately inspired by both its spiritual and physical teachings. By 1999, her practice deepened, leading her to complete her teacher training at Yoga on Main in 2001.
Over the years, Marla has expanded her training with certifications in prenatal, children’s, and yin yoga. More recently, she has been exploring ways yoga can support women through perimenopause, using postures and breathwork to ease symptoms and create balance.
For Marla, yoga is both an expression and a personal journey—something that can meet each individual wherever they are in life. She teaches with an emphasis on body awareness, compassion, and grace through movement. Her classes blend softness and strength in a nurturing, lighthearted environment, with breathing, awareness, and joy at the heart of every practice.
