The work I offer is deeply personalized and rooted in listening - to your body, your nervous system, and your lived experience. Whether we’re working through touch, movement, or conversation, these sessions are created with intention and care.
Because of that, online booking isn’t available for sessions with me. Instead, we begin with a simple conversation.

Ways We Can Work Together
Each session is shaped around your unique needs. These are the primary ways I support clients:
Somatic Touch Therapy
A gentle, mindful approach that combines therapeutic touch with nervous system awareness. This work can be especially supportive for those with a trauma history, or anyone looking to reconnect with your body in a safe, grounded way.
Trauma-Informed Bodywork
Massage therapy offered through a trauma-aware lens, where pacing, communication, and choice are central. The focus is not just on releasing tension, but on creating a sense of safety and agency within your body (will be scheduled as a therapeutic massage or somatic touch therapy session).
Private Yoga
One-on-one yoga sessions rooted in traditional teachings, adapted to meet you exactly where you are. Together, we mindfully move, breathe, and create space - physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Body Image Coaching
Support in exploring your relationship with your body, shifting patterns of self-judgment, and cultivating a more compassionate and grounded connection with yourself.
Stress Management Coaching
Practical, body-based tools to help you better understand and work with your nervous system. These sessions blend education with lived, experiential practice.
What to Expect
Sessions with me are not one-size-fits-all.
We may draw from one approach or blend several, depending on what feels most supportive for you that day. My role is to meet you where you are, and to create a space where you can slow down, listen, and reconnect.
Availability
I maintain a limited, intentional schedule for these sessions.
In general, I see clients:
Tuesday/Wednesday at 11:00
Thursdays and Fridays between 9:30 AM-4:00 PM
Coaching sessions and private yoga may sometimes be scheduled on Tues/Wed afternoons. Generally, I book 2-4 week out.
