Exhale Mobile Massage brings the same thoughtful, personalized approach you know from our Narberth studio directly to you. Sessions are currently offered by Caitlin during select days and times throughout our designated service area.

Whether getting to the studio is difficult, your schedule makes staying home easier, or you simply love the idea of relaxing without needing to drive anywhere afterward, we’ll bring the massage table - and the care - to you.

$10 enhancements: Deep Tissue, CBD, Aromatherapy

Massage for two or more people at the same location? Receive $10 off each session when appointments are scheduled back-to-back.

What’s Included

Caitlin will arrive with everything needed to create a comfortable, professional massage setup in your home, including the massage table, linens, bolsters, massage products, and other necessary supplies.

You’ll simply need to provide:

  • A clean, comfortable indoor space with enough room for the massage table and for Caitlin to move safely around it (at least 7’x10’)

  • Safe and reasonable access to the space

  • Any helpful information about parking, building entry, stairs, elevators, pets, or other access considerations before your appointment

Where We Travel

Mobile Massage is available within a designated service area that includes Narberth, nearby Main Line communities, and select Philadelphia neighborhoods with easy parking access.

Locations outside our standard service area may still be available for an additional travel fee.

Any parking fees or tolls associated with your appointment are the responsibility of the client and will be discussed in advance whenever possible.

How Scheduling Works

Mobile Massage is available by request and is not bookable online.

We offer mobile appointments during specific days and times so Caitlin has appropriate travel, setup, and breakdown time between sessions.

We’ll confirm availability, location, session length, and any applicable travel costs before reserving your appointment.

Payment & Gratuity

Mobile Massage appointments are paid in full at the time of booking.

This allows everything to be taken care of before Caitlin arrives, so your appointment can simply be about receiving care.

Sessions are subject to Exhale’s existing cancellation policy. We request at least 48 hours’ notice whenever possible. Cancellations made more than 24 hours in advance will receive a session credit for future use; cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the prepaid session fee. Refunds are not available.

Gratuity is always optional, but gratefully accepted for exceptional care. If you’d like to leave one, you’re welcome to give it directly to Caitlin via cash or Venmo (preferred) or you may request a gratuity be added via a credit card on file, before or after your session.

Before Your First Mobile Appointment

Because we’re coming into your home rather than welcoming you into ours, we’ll ask for a few additional details before your first session.

These include:

  • Full service address

  • Best phone number for the day of your appointment

  • Parking and building-entry instructions

  • Stairs or elevator access

  • Information about pets

  • Whether other people will be present in the home

  • Confirmation that there is adequate space for the massage table

  • Any other access information that will help Caitlin arrive and set up comfortably

You’ll also complete our Mobile Massage Agreement before your first appointment.

Creating a Safe, Professional Space

Mobile Massage is professional therapeutic bodywork, and we want the experience to feel safe and comfortable for everyone involved.

Clients agree to provide a clean, appropriate environment for the session and to disclose anything that may affect Caitlin’s ability to safely enter, set up, or provide massage.

Pets that may interfere with the session or setup should be secured before Caitlin arrives.

Massage cannot be provided to anyone who appears intoxicated or significantly impaired.

Sexual comments, requests, exposure, touching, harassment, threatening behavior, or other inappropriate conduct will result in the immediate end of the session and may result in contacting law enforcement.

Caitlin always has the right to decline to enter, begin, or continue an appointment if the environment feels unsafe, inappropriate, or significantly different from what was described.
